    Money came off our work credit card stating " YES OPTUS EATON FAIR WA" . Our office is in Perth and we had never visited this store. We initially thought the charge was fraudulent however after further investigation the charge was actually for a Virgin account. Apparently Virgin and Optus are aware of this issue but I felt like I needed to write a positive review for this store after reading all the bad reviews the store had received from similar occurrences. If you have had a charge come of your credit card for this amount call your Virgin Mobile provider don't write a bad review for this store. :)

    So I also had a fraudulent $50 charge here on the 29/10/17. Live in Sydney, bank with CBA and have been in Europe travelling the last 3 months when this charge came through. Never had an Optus account and yet to visit WA.

    They've taken $60 from my account. Called optus and complained, they had no idea, but promised that they will folllow it up and refund the money.

    Service is excellent. Optus value is excellent. Just disappointing there is no direct phone line to store.

    I am told by my bank that Virgin Mobile accounts made a mistake and it appears from Eaton instead of Macquarie Park, Sydney. Apparently it is okay.
